Technical Control of the Construction

SECURAS stands by the contracting authorities in the realization of their projects starting from the conception phase up to the work reception, collaborating closely with the other actors.
The purpose of SECURAS mission is to contribute to the prevention of the technical hazards likely to be met with the equipment and with the work realization during the construction operation.
Within the framework of the 94-9 Act of 31/01/1994 regarding the responsibility, the decennial insurance and the technical control in the building process, and in compliance with the Tunisian norms TN 30.267 (NFP 03-100), SECURAS is proposing a range of the following missions:

COMPULSORY BASIC MISSIONS:

• L Mission

  Mission on the soundness of the works and the fittings..

• S Mission

  the security of the persons on the construction sites..

ADDITIONAL MISSIONS:

• PS Mission

  pertaining to the security of the persons on the construction site in case of earthquake..

• P1 Mission

  pertaining to the soundness of the fittings no n inextricably linked..

• F Mission

  pertaining to the functioning of the installations..

• Ph Mission

  pertaining to the sound insulation..

• Th Mission

  pertaining to the thermal insulation and the energy savings..

• Hand Mission

  pertaining to the accessibility of the constructions to the disabled persons..

• Brd Mission

  pertaining to the transport of stretchers in the construction sites..

• LE Mission

  pertaining to the soundness of the existing works..

• Av Mission

  pertaining to the stability of the neighboring works..

• GTB Mission

  pertaining to the technical management of the buildings..

• ENV Mission

  pertaining to the environment..

• HYS Mission

  pertaining to hygiene and health on the construction sites..

• CO Mission

  pertaining to the coordination amongst controlling missions, should several Technical Controllers be involved. .
